Which documents / emails can I search for?

You can search for all documents / emails that you have access to in your Document Management System.

Can I search over files that I only have locally on my computer?

No. You can only search over files that are in your firm's document management system.

My search seems broken. It still works for my colleagues but mine doesn't find anything anymore.

Check whether you have unwanted activated filters. Turn them off by clicking on the X. Contact your IT team if that doesn't help.

Which languages does DeepJudge Search support?

DeepJudge Search supports English, German, Italian and French. The language is automatically detected when you type in a query, but you can also set it manually.

What can I do once I find a search result?

You can open and read the document, copy part of the text and explore more metadata and context. In addition you can open the document in the DMS, download or take it to the DeepJudge Assistant.

Can I search within the document preview?

Yes! To search within the document preview press "ctrl+f". You can navigate through the different hits by pressing "enter" / "return". You can also do this by clicking on the search icon in the left-hand side menu.

Why do I get different search results than my colleagues?

You can only see documents / emails that you have access to based on your DMS account. This may mean that you see slightly different results than your colleagues.

Can I use DeepJudge to search over the internet?

DeepJudge is designed primarily to search and analyze your firm’s internal documents. By default, it does not search the open internet. However, certain workflows may have the capability to access predefined external sources or perform limited web searches, if explicitly enabled. For more details on how to enable and use web-accessible workflows, please refer to the DeepJudge Workflow Guide

Please note that the results are personalized, so recipients will only see content they have access to. They won’t have access to any sensitive content that you see in your results.
