Chief Revenue Officer
DeepJudge, the core AI platform that leading law firms and corporate legal teams use to access and apply their institutional knowledge at scale, today announced that Pascal Debets has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer. He will lead DeepJudge's global revenue organization, driving go-to-market strategy and execution across both new and existing business.
Debets brings a track record of building and scaling go-to-market engines across high-growth technology companies. He joins DeepJudge from Gainsight, where he most recently served as Regional Vice President of Sales and Account Management. In this role, he operated across both retained and new revenue motions. Prior to that, he was Director of Sales at inSided, where he built and scaled a new growth segment ahead of the company's acquisition by Gainsight in 2022.

Debets joins at a moment of significant momentum for DeepJudge. In November 2025, the company closed a $41.2M Series A led by Felicis, with continued support from Coatue. DeepJudge also announced in October 2025 that it has partnered with Thomson Reuters to integrate its enterprise search and AI platform with CoCounsel Legal, bringing firm-wide institutional knowledge directly into legal workflows. The company was named the Most Recommended LegalTech Vendor for the second consecutive year in the SKILLS.law survey, with responses from more than 100 global law firms.
